Contract Information Project Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M, the Ipswich Electric Light Department (“IELD”) seeks sealed bids for the provision of vegetation management services around IELD’s electric distribution lines. IELD owns approximately 100 circuit miles of pole line in its service territory. The work includes the provision of routine vegetation management services and as-needed line clearing and tree and stump removal and related work.
