Stair 7 Lobby Renovation for the MassMutual Center (MMC), at 1277 Main St., Springfield, MA as described and set forth in the drawings and specifications. This includes all related work for the construction of a new 3,058 sf lobby/mezzanine, box office, relocation of loading doors, connection to the existing bldg.; MEPs/FPs upgrades; and Structural improvements.
