The Chief Procurement Officer of Bristol County Agricultural High School hereby invites
sealed bids for qualified vendors to provide preventative maintenance and on-call services for the
HVAC systems at the Bristol County Agricultural High school. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149
A-J and to prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 26 to 27D. The contract will begin
7/1/26. The contract duration is three years with two additional one-year options. Copies

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘BCAHS HVAC Preventative Maintenance Bid’ and delivered to Bristol County Agricultural High School Business Office Standish House during the hours of 8:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M., C/O Samantha Stone 28 Center Street, Dighton Ma. 02715 ”. Bids will be received and publicly opened on the deadline at 9:10 A.M. at the Keith Hall of Bristol County Agricultural High School, 84 Center St., Dighton, MA on the second floor. Late bids will not be accepted. All bidders are required to maintain their bids and bid prices for 30 days after the official opening date of the bid. It is the intention of the Chief Procurement Officer or Designee to award the bid to the lowest responding and responsible bidder. |
