Broadband FTTP Plant Upgrade. The existing HFC plant consists of approximately 110 miles of cable bearing strand (CBS), and approximately 7 miles of underground plant. There are approximately 12,500 homes passed. About 2467 are in multi-dwelling units (MDU) of 5 or more units. MDU Post wiring is not included in the contract. |
