The Town of Wilmington, Massachusetts, acting through its Town Manager and Water & Sewer Commission (the “Town”), is accepting sealed proposals by interested parties for the leasing of a site at a Town-owned water storage tank located at the Nassau Avenue Water Storage Tank, Eagle Road in Wilmington, MA 01887 for the purpose of installing wireless communications facilities and related apparatus. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is made pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.), Chapter 30B, Section 16 pertaining to lease of real property. |
