Winning Contractor must submit a Certificate of Insurance with evidence of General Liability and Automobile Liability with a minimum of $2,000,000, aggregate, each and in case of General Liability naming the Town of Franklin as an additional insured for this Project, as well as Worker’s Compensation per Statute.
Per M.G.L., c. 30, § 39M, the winning contractor will be required to submit a 50% payment bond to the Town.
The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor, with supporting references with the lowest price. |
