Form of bid security shall either be Cash, Certified Check or a Treasurer's Cashier's Check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Littleton or a Bid Bond in accordance with the Bid documents. Bidders shall appear on the list of prequalified contractors provided by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. |
