In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a painting contractor for a one year contract, with two one-year Town options to renew, subject to annual appropriation, providing on-call painting services at various town and school buildings within the Town of Franklin. |

Additional Information |
The work to be done under this contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, on-call interior and exterior painting work in both school and town owned properties. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. |
