Renovation of the interior and exterior of Dining Facility 5245, also known as Shaw Hall. Renovations are focused on the exterior and front of house interior spaces and include hazardous materials abatement, sitework, structural reinforcement, partial roof replacement, envelope repairs, replacement of all exterior windows and doors, MEP/FP upgrades, interior upgrades to the front of house restrooms, vestibules, serving area, and dining area, and interior
