9 75th Street – Demolition & Removal. This project includes demolition, removal and disposal of a small residential structure located at 9 75th Street in Newburyport, MA. Scope of work also includes cutting and capping related utilities and disposal of a basement level (above grade) oil storage tank, boiler, water heater, etc. A second contractor will return to the site in spring 2026 to place additional beach sand and dune grass on the subject lot for preservation as open space. |
