Project |
Danvers Armory HVAC Replacement and Renovations (MA Army National Guard). This project is to Replace the existing Boiler and DHW, with Electric and Heat pumps. Replace existing exterior doors and OVHDs, Replace the PVC roof under the new roof mounted heat pumps, with the recommended curbs, insulation, masonry infill at selected areas. Concrete , ADA single user toilet room, ADA parking, ADA entrance and ramp, ADA compliant drinking fountain, install a women's showers, install a building fire alarm system, Emergency lighting, install split units to service the office areas and a dehumidifier for the vault. Demolition, Asbestos abatement (flooring 9x9 tiles, pipe insulation and mechanical). |
