If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather/other emergency, the deadline for receipt of sealed bids will be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. The Town reserves the right to reject any/all bids in the public interest. Award is subject to appropriation/funding, as well as to approval of the Natick Town Administrator. |
