Direct any questions to Aaron Yohe, ayohe@braintreema.gov. Questions will be accepted until 2/5/25 and answers to any questions will be posted on website by end of business on 2/12/25. Bids due on February 21, 2025 at 11:00 at the Engineering Office, above agency address, no later than the deadline. Bid deposits, performance bonds, permits, and payment bonds are required. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The Town of Braintree retains the right to waive any informality or reject all proposals or any portion thereof which such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Braintree in doing so. The Town of Braintree is an affirmative action/equal employment purchaser. |
