Sealed General Bids for the Department of Public Works Generator Project will be received by the Town of Bellingham at Bellingham Department of Public Works, at above agency address, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each general bid must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility (DCAM CQ-1) issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management showing that the general bidder is a Prime Contractor and has the classification and capacity rating to perform work in the follow category: Electrical.
Each general bid must also be accompanied by an update statement (Update Statement, DCAM CQ-3) in the form prescribed by the Deputy Commissioner. A blank copy of the update statement is available on request at the office where documents are obtained. Any general bid submitted without the appropriate certificate and update statement shall be invalid. |
