To bid on this project, Contractors must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, Prequalification of Contractors, MassDOT prequalification of contractors, with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing (Options) for the project with an estimated value of $478,890.00, will be required. “Informational Only” copies of the Contract Documents will be available to any individual or firm. The initial contract term is for one year. The Agreement includes provisions to extend the contract for two (2) additional 12 month options. Valuation for purposes of MassDOT Prequalification is based on first year, $159,630.00 times three (3) to arrive at an estimated total prequal contract value of $478,890.00. |
