Remove and dispose of 6123 total S.F. of glued-on carpet in the Nauset Middle School. Install a total of 2500 S.F. of Flexco CE-143 Rubber Tile in the hallways, and a total of 3,623 S.F. of Flexco CE-103 Rubber Tile in the classrooms and offices. Prepare an additional 7,600 sq. ft. of “garage floor epoxy” floored classrooms and install Flexco CE-103 Rubber Tile. DCAMM Certification is not required if the bid is below $150,000, but required if it is above. |
