Pre-bid site visit: 7/24/25 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Melrose Public Library, 69 West Emerson St., Melrose, MA. This is the only time access to the building will be provided. Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. A 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond will be required. This project requires minimum prevailing wages. |
