Lunenburg Ritter Building – Roof & Gutter Repairs. This project consists of roofing repairs to the slate portion of the roof, including repairs to flashing, flashing at the chimneys and missing pieces of slate. This project also includes repairing the wood gutters and the upper level of trim around the building per the plans. All trim work included in this scope is to be painted as well. |
