Seeking one qualified Contractor to perform work of replacing the roof at the Public Safety Complex located at 401 Main St., West Newbury, MA 01985. Estimated total quantity of the finished area(s) is 7000 sq. ft. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace two large asphalt roof areas and turret with Drexell Metal Roofing Systems (or an equivalent system) and Polyglass materials. Work includes full removal of existing roofing, inspection and repair of roof sheathing, and installation of a complete metal roofing system per manufacturer’s specifications. |
