BRENNAN shall make its best effort to assist BBR in pursuing its Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) issues. The specific nature of these objectives shall be determined by BBR with the advice and assistance of BRENNAN but shall relate generally to the MBTA's Green Line train protection system and strategic planning related thereto. In this role, BRENNAN shall assist BBR in establishing priorities among its objectives, in developing and implementing strategic plans therefore. BRENNAN with the cooperation of BBR will assist in developing the concept for agreed-upon initiatives, create a theme for these initiatives; formulate a comprehensive plan an timetable for these initiatives; assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for the initiatives; serve as liaison to government agencies as necessary; and monitor and report on government programs relevant to the initiatives.
