08/23/2018 James is the Coalition's new Community Organizer/Legislative Advocate. His work will focus on advocacy related to homelessness prevention. While James' emphasis will be on community organizing, he also will help to advocate at the legislative and executive levels for the creation of a new statewide rental arrearage program, and the expansion of programs such as the Residential Assistance for Families in Transition Program (7004-9316). James also will help to advocate for the Coalition's full list of bill and budget priorities, including line items such as 7004-0099, 7004-0101, 7004-0102, 7004-0103, 7004-0108, 7004-9024, 4000-0007, 4403-2000, and 4408-1000.
