Chris will represent Fiserv's interests primarily in front of the Joint Committee on Financial Services, as the jurisdiction of that Committee intersects with Fiserv's business lines. Historically, Chris has had meetings on our behalf on legislation covering the following topics: data privacy, data security, employee wage card, earned wage access products, automated sales tax, point of sale payment acceptance, and EBT cards. I expect the same issues to be covered in 2024, subject to whether legislative measures are introduced on those topics.
