CitySpace, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), is managed by a volunteer board of directors who agree to uphold the organization's mission, policies, procedures, vision, and goals.
Our mission is to restore, preserve, and manage the municipally owned historic Easthampton Town Hall (Old Town Hall) as a center for the arts for the City of Easthampton and the Western Massachusetts region.

We are seeking the services of a lobbyist to assist in securing government funding for the shovel-ready construction work needed to restore and renovate Old Town Hall's second floor into a 350-seat accessible performing arts and community space. We expect to identify and pursue executive, legislative and administrative opportunities under which we would be eligible for an earmark, a grant allocation or any other funding that is available to help pay for the cost of the planned work.
