The Massachusetts Forest Alliance represents forest landowners, industry professionals, and those committed to a strong, sustainable forest economy in the Commonwealth. The MA Forest Alliance will lobby on issues pertinent to subjects including but not limited to forestry, timber harvesting, forest and wood products, forest conservation, natural resources, renewable energy, woodland owner equity, and agriculture.
Bills in which we expect to be directly involved include HB1859 (Rep. Kulik) and SB1593 (Sen. Finegold). Legislators with whom we expect to work include Rep. Kulik; Rep. Gobi; Rep. Dykema; Rep. Keenan; Rep. Peake; Rep. Cariddi; Rep. Mark; Sen. Downing; Sen. Finegold; Sen. Pacheco; Sen. Rosenburg; Sen. Brewer.
