Lynch Associates will meet with designated representatives of Massage Envy for the purpose of developing a strategy to promote the client’s interest in aligning the regulations and policies of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Cosmetology and the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Massage Therapy relative to the dual, or multiple use, of individual practice rooms.
Lynch Associates agrees to represent Massage Envy before the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (i.e. parent agency); Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs (i.e. parent agency); the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure, including but not limited to the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Cosmetologists and the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Massage Therapy; and the Massachusetts Legislature and Office of the Governor / Lieutenant Governor, as needed, in furtherance of such stated strategy. In such capacity, Lynch Associates will represent Massage Envy on all issues relative to the dual, or multiple uses, of individual practice rooms.
Lynch Associates will facilitate and attend all meetings between designated representatives of Massage Envy and designated representatives of the aforementioned entities. Lynch Associates will meet with designated individuals of Massage Envy to develop relationship building strategies, prepare representatives for participation in meetings with these officials, as well as, assisting with the development of all language, collateral materials, including, but not limited to: fact sheets, position papers, marketing materials, correspondence, and reports.
Lynch Associates will advocate for the favorable alignment of the regulations and policies of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Cosmetology (i.e. currently prohibited) and the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Massage Therapy (i.e. currently allowed) relative to allowing the dual, or multiple use, of individual practice rooms.
Lynch Associates will facilitate the development of relationships with elected officials to raise potential awareness and input into the aforementioned agencies in an effort to promote the goals and objectives of Massage Envy.
