01/01/2016 In late January and through the coming year, Morpho Trust will be pursuing the work to modernize the Automatic Licensing and Registration System at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. The development of our key win themes, the choice of our software development approach, the selection of our software stack and the potential engagement of partners will be supported by Waterville Consulting, as they specialize in public sector technology strategy and sales. This is largely an internal process, disconnected from the Commonwealth by virtue of the open bidding laws, but we are registering Waterville as they will provide strategic counsel on a public piece of business. As Morpho Trust is a current provider of services to the Commonwealth in the area of fulfillment of drivers licenses and self service kiosks, Waterville may interact with the Registry of Motor Vehicles regarding the on going quality of those services. As Morpho Trust is also a provider of biometric background checks for teachers across Massachusetts, Waterville will monitor any and all policy changes at the Executive Office of Public Safety, including legislation, to advise Morpho Trust as to their best course of action.
