04/05/2021 Brendan will work on policy areas including early education and care, housing, and anti-poverty to support the families that Horizons serves, as well as the wider population of families with young children experiencing housing instability. Much of the legislation that will be prioritized is currently TBD, though H.200 is a priority for Horizons due to its focus on supporting families experiencing homelessness. Brendan will also work in support of key budgetary items that support Horizons’ statewide operations by communicating our needs to relevant committee leads.
