01/01/2019 A10 Associates will assist Vineyard Wind by representing the project team as registered federal lobbyists, offering strategic advice in navigating the corporate and political landscapes in Washington that can impact the Vineyard Wind Project. The Consultant's Scope of Work will focus on securing the appropriate federal agency approvals associated with Vineyard Wind’s federal /state consistency review process under the Coastal Zone Management Act, which falls under thejurisdiction of the Department of Interior and Department of Commerce, as well as the Bureau of Energy Management (BOEM), the National Oceanic and Atmospherice Administration (NOAA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Consultant will directly leverage and influence their background and professional expertise to help ensure the success of this project. A10 Associates will facilitate introductions between Vineyard Wind and officials at federal agencies listed above, but also to to specific offices, administrations, and commissions within the Trump Administation, including but not limited to, the Department of Energy [DOE] and the Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy, Department of Commerce, and Department of Interior.
