Agency Public Records Request Database
Agencies have to report information relating to public record requests to the Secretary of the Commonwealth. This has been required since January 1, 2017. It is required by The Public Records Law.
You have to report information using an online form. Each agency names a Records Access Officer (RAO). This person sets up an account. Create your account here. You can use the same link to log in. Once logged in, enter the public records request information.
The Agency Public Records request database is publicly accessible. It contains agency public records request information as reported to this office by each agency. You can search the Agency Public Records Request Database here.
