New Homebuyers!

The United States homebuyer tax credit was extended until September 30, 2010. First-time homebuyers and existing homebuyers who contracted to buy a new home before the end of April, now have three (3) more months to close on their purchase that qualifies for up to $8,000 in federal tax credits. The new law addresses concerns that many homebuyers may have been unable to meet the original closing deadline of June 30. For more information from the Internal Revenue Service, click here.
