Secretary Galvin's Office will temporarily bridge the satellite office services at the Northern Middlesex District Registry of Deeds in Lowell until July 24, 2009.

Notice to Homeowners: A private corporation is soliciting services from homeowners by offering to obtain a certified copy of your deed for $69.50. Please note, under the jurisdiction of the Secretary, a copy of your deed may be obtained from your local Registry of Deeds FREE OF CHARGE. Certified copies are available at a cost of $1.00 per page. You may find your local Registry of Deeds office by using the City/Town to Registry Guide. Contact information for each Registry of Deeds is also available below.
