About the Corporations Division

The Corporations Division is part of the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. It stores certain records for thousands of corporations, LLCs, and other business entities organized or registered to do business in the Commonwealth.

The Corporations Division handles filings for:

• Trademarks
