Certified Copy Information

To order certified copies of corporate documents:

  1. Search the corporate database.
  2. Search by one of the following; Entity name, filing number, or officer's name.
  3. Click on search button on bottom of the screen.
  4. Click on the name of the entity that you searched.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and locate the white box.
  6. In the white box highlight ALL FILINGS.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on view filings.
  8. Check the box to the left of the document you want to order.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click request.
  10. Follow the instructions on the next page for payment.

*NOTE* The address entered is where the document will be mailed.
