Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of the Commonwealth revised Regulation 950 CMR 140.00: Practices and Procedures Relative to Revised M.G.L. c. 106, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

The revised regulations amended inconsistencies with M.G.L. c. 106, Article 9, the UCC information management system indexing functions, UCC standard forms and the standardized search logic applied by the filing office to requests for search results.
