Indictment for Killing of Crispus Attucks, 1773

Crispus Attucks, of African and Native American ancestry, was killed in the Boston Massacre. The indictment states that soldier William Warren "feloniously, willfully and of his malice aforethought [did] strike, penetrate and wound... Crispus Attucks"
