Voter Registration Form Request
The deadline to register to vote for the April 30, 2013 Special State Primary for U.S. Senate is Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
In Massachusetts, to be eligible to vote in the April 30, 2013 Special State Primary for U.S. Senate, your mail-in voter registration form must be postmarked by Wednesday, April 10, 2013.
There is insufficient time for a Massachusetts form to be mailed from this office and processed by Wednesday, April 10, 2013. You may download a Massachusetts Mail In Form here. All mail-in forms must be postmarked by April 10, 2013.
