Hampshire District Registry of Deeds
The Hampshire Registry of Deeds is open by appointment from 8:30 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Masks will be worn in the Registry at all times. Please call 413-584-3637 for customer service.
E-Recording, mail and drop-offs will be accepted during regular recording hours. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope to have documents returned.
The Hampshire Registry of Deeds online index with linked images database for Recorded Land is now back to 1920. The index and linked images for Registered Land and Plans is complete.
The indexed information for Recorded Land starting with Book 936 and earlier will only have Document number, Book and Page, Recorded Date, Document Type and Grantor/Grantee. It will no longer include Marginal References or Street information.
The starting with date will be periodically changing so please take note each time you begin a search.
