• TKG will work with Advantage to raise the profile of Advantage on Beacon Hill to further position Advantage as a thought leader on rural growth initiatives in the Commonwealth. TKG will work with Advantage to educate key policymakers and staff in the Legislature on the work Advantage is doing in multiple states that offer programs like the rural growth fund.
• Monitor and analyze critical legislative and regulatory issues at the state level
including, but not limited to, all relevant agencies, boards, departments, and
authorities that may play a role in the development of a rural growth fund tax
credit program in the Commonwealth. TKG, as part of its duties,s will develop in
consultation with Advantage, a comprehensive breakdown of key pieces of
legislation impacting Advantage from the more than 6,000 petitions filed with the MA General Court for the 2025-2026 Legislative Session.
• In consultation with Advantage, TKG will assist Advantage with all registration and reporting requirements, including the semi-annual client/lobbyist disclosure
reports with the MA Lobbyist Division of the Office of the MA Secretary of State and will further ensure that all required reports and filings are submitted in a
timely manner.
