The Project consists of but not limited to:
Removal and replacement of bituminous concrete paving, installation of clotheslines, catch basin repair, and seeding.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44 A-J & to minimum wage rates established for the
project by the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 01/17/2025 at 4:30PM ET for general bids.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.
c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
