The Executive Office of Health and Human Services is responsible through its member agencies for the delivery of a wide range of services to people with financial, health, social, protective, rehabilitation, and correctional needs. Online information is available for consumers, providers, researchers, and social workers to find out what types of assistance are offered. Offices within its purview include the Board of Registration in Medicine, Department of Public Health, Department of Mental Health, Division of Medical Assistance, ( MassHealth), and the Division of Health Care Finance and Policy, Department of Developmental Services, Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and the Soldiers' Home in Chelsea and Holyoke. The Office of Children, Youth and Families includes the Department of Children and Families, Department of Transitional Assistance, Department of Youth Services, Department of Early Education and Care, Office for Refugees and Immigrants, and the Children's Trust Fund. Separately stands the Department of Veterans Services.
