Reduced fares for senior citizens, 65 years of age and over, and handicapped persons may be obtained. Senior citizens should bring proof of age and residency. Handicapped persons must first have their physicians complete a medical form which may be obtained from the Office of Transportation Access and must obtain their pass from the Dartmouth Street office. Reduced passes for non-handicapped seniors may also be obtained at the Downtown Crossing Station concourse between Washington and Chauncy Streets. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
