The individual boards of registration and examination license professions and trades based upon statutory criteria and regulations. The Investigative Unit accepts complaints in writing against those whom the boards register or license. Each board can revoke or suspend licenses after investigation of serious complaints. The Division of Professional Licensure is under the jurisdiction of the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation.
